幼兒英語閱讀班的孩子，除了透過小書和童謠接觸早期閱讀外，

每次上課，還會利用字母歌曲"Sing & Read the Alphabet from A to Z"

帶孩子認識字母型狀與字母發音。

每介紹一個字母，就發給孩子一本字母小書，可以讓孩子認識以該字母為首音的單字外，

還可以邊指字邊唱，讓孩子熟悉英文的閱讀是由左到右，由上到下。

  Letter M 字母小書

Marvine the Monkey (sing to the tune of "Beautiful Dreamer")

Marvine the Monkey, out on a limb,

Name me somethings that begin with an Mm.

Meat balls and money, the man in the moon,

Milkshakes so thick you must eat wiht a spoon.

Monsters and mudpies, and my mother too,

And Mabel the milkcow that always says "Moo!"

孩子指字唸唱字母歌

除了唸唱字母歌曲，透過一些教具，讓孩子練習字母形狀與字母聲音的配對。

遊戲一：BINGO

老師說出一個字母發音，孩子在Bingo Sheet上找到該發音相對應的字母形狀，

再用紅色紙牌將字母蓋起來

遊戲二：Smart Squares

孩子選擇一個圖案，說出該圖案的英文名稱（如：pizza），

拿起對應顏色的框框，將框框放在該英文單字字首音處
