今天介紹的第一個字母Ff單字是 - FISH。
跟上週一樣透過歌曲
F, F, what do you see? What do you see that start with F?
I see a fish that's what I see. Hooray, Hooray for F!
介紹主角FISH出場。

Fishes, fishes, where are you?
Can you show me where they are?
Fishes, fishes, there they are.
Some are swimming in the pond!
Activity: Where's the Fish?
已經有經驗的孩子,當老師:Where is the ____ fish?時,
直接讓他們在最後一頁上找little fish, fat fish, ele-fhis, happy fish, grumpy fish, spotty fish等等...
找到的同時,鼓勵孩子說: Here is the _____ fish!
初學的孩子,直接在教室墻面上貼上big, little, red, blue, yellow, green....fish讓他們找
接著用自製的手偶帶手指謠
Fingerplay Rhyme: Five Little Fishes (Wee Sing Children's Songs and Fingerplays)
Five little fishes swimming in the pool, (wiggle five fingers)
First one said, "The pool is cool!" (one finger up, wrap arms around body)
Second one said, "The pool is deep!" (two fingers up, hands measure deep)
Third one said, "I want to sleep!" (three fingers up, rest head on habds)
Fourth one said, "Let's dive and deep!" (four fingers up, hand dives and dips)
Fifth one said, "I spy a fish!" (five fingers up, peer out under hand)
Fisherman's boat comes, (fingers form V and move away from body)
Line goes ker-splash, (pantomime throwing fishing line)
Away the five little fishes dash. (wiggle five fingers away)
大小孩還動手做屬於自己的 finger puppets
接下來帶入今天第二個單字 - FROG
F, F, what do you see? What do you see that start with F?
I see a frog that's what I see. Hooray, Hooray for F!
Activity: Bounce Like a Frog
孩子跟隨著CD "Animal Walks" 裡的"Frog Frolic"音樂,模仿青蛙跳呀跳~~~
緊接著讓孩子戴上青蛙的headband進行"How Far Can You Jump?"

Activity: Let's Exercise
Stretches, side to side.
Touch your toes, down and up.
Sit-ups, lie down and sit up.

接著是今天最後一個單字 - FARM

準備7~10片的拼圖,根據孩子的能力及年齡給予適合的拼圖
Activity: How Many? (小小孩)
孩子數數看農場上有多少隻pig, sheep, cow, 然後翻開下方的方塊,看看數對了嗎?
一想到字母Dd,就想到繪本Dinosaurs, Dinosaurs (因為有Dinosaurs的歌可以教)
聽完故事就是歌謠時間,先請孩子伸出tall man, pointer and thumb模仿dinosaur的爪子
唸唱
“Dinosaurs, Dinosaurs" (sing to the tune, "Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear")
Dinosarus, dinosarus big and samll. Dinosaurs, dinosaurs turn around.
Dinosarus, dinosaurs stomp their feet. Dinosaurs, dinosaurs are no longer here.
唱完“Dinosaurs, Dinosaurs" 孩子變身考古學家進行”Dig for Dinosaurs"活動
準備一個大型置物桶、玩具恐龍、孩子玩沙用的鏟子、積木等家裡有的玩具
將玩具恐龍和積木等放入置物桶裡,孩子手拿鏟子將玩具恐龍挖出來
恐龍的歌曲律動,以前都教Dinosaurs Dancing from the album "Music & Movement in the Classroom"
前陣子在youtube上看到Laurie Berkner的We Are the Dinosaurs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLdDKNxrL68)
覺得它更適合學齡前的孩子

說到字母Dd,一定會教dog, 當天的第二本繪本是Dog's Colorful Day
這是一本以狗狗為主角的繪本,裡面孩子可以認識顏色和數字1~10
聽完故事,進行一個跟dog和number有關的活動“Dinner for Daisy's Dog"
準備數個dog patterns和plastic containers,在塑膠盒上貼上一個數字
給孩子數顆旺仔小饅頭,孩子自由選擇想要餵哪隻狗狗吃飯,孩子邊餵狗狗小饅頭邊點數one, two, three....
這週介紹字母Ee,準備了三本繪本
1. The Odd Egg (for大小孩)2. Oh Dear! (for小小孩)3. Elephants Cannot Dance (for both 小小孩 & 大小孩)
首先以歌曲“E, E, What Do You See?”介紹字母Ee和單字egg
(Sing to the tune "Skip to My Lou")
E, E, what do you see? What do you see that starts with E?
I see an egg, that's what I see.
Hurray, hurray for E!
帶著孩子唱幾次後,就該始唸繪本。念完第一本繪本後,再帶唸一首手指謠“Three Eggs"
A little egg,
A bigger egg,
The biggest egg I see.
Can you count them?
Ready?
One, two, three!
接著用Black Hen教具帶入活動“How Many Eggs?"
小小孩還無法自己說出數字,就跟著老師數藏在Black Hen翅膀下的雞蛋,大小孩可以自己數出總共有多少顆蛋。
接著給大小孩玩"Egg, Egg, Who's Got the Gg?"
孩子先圍成一個圈圈、坐下,接著一位孩子當Mother Hen戴上眼罩
由一位孩子偷偷將雞蛋偷走,Mother Hen拿下眼罩
所有的孩子問: Egg, egg, who's got the egg?
Mother Hen說出孩子的名字,老師問:____, do you have the egg?
遊戲進行到找到偷雞蛋的孩子
緊接著就是Elephant Swing的時間,孩子跟隨著指令Walk, Swing, and Bend down
小小孩還戴上elephant的頭飾進行“Elephant Balancing Act"
放一條繩子在地板,讓小小孩走在繩子上,為了不掉出繩子外,小小孩個個都專注的看著腳下的繩子
小小孩另外還進行 "Elephant Jump from Ring to Ring" 活動
將呼拉圈放在地上,當老師說:"Jump!"
小小孩開始在呼拉圈間跳過來跳過去
